  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before confirming via the “Order Catering” interface.
  • Modifications: Changes to catering orders must be made within our specified lead times to ensure we can maintain our standard of “fresh food, made for busy places”.

2. Dietary Information

  • Options Provided: We offer a variety of choices, including vegetarian, vegan, and no-dairy options.
  • Low-Gluten: While we offer low-gluten options, our kitchens handle a variety of ingredients; customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

  • Airport Eateries: Our physical locations, primarily starting in airport terminals, are subject to airport security and operating hours.

  • Third-Party Brands: We stock high-quality products from partners such as Coffee Supreme, Homegrown Juices, Weka Bars, and Nothing Naughty.
  • Liability: Specific product inquiries regarding partner brands should be directed to the respective manufacturer.

  • Brand Assets: All illustrations, logos (including the Bistro Box mark), and “freshly made” marketing content are the property of Bistro Box.
